Leasing & Application

Yes! From time to time, we offer special promotions such as up to six weeks of free rent on select apartments. Promotions vary based on floor plan, lease term, and availability, so be sure to ask our leasing team about the latest offers when you reach out.

Applying is simple. You can submit your application online, which includes a background and credit check and income verification. Once approved, our leasing team will guide you through signing your lease and preparing for move-in.
Applicants must show gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the base rent. Combined income may be used for multiple leaseholders.
No. Artisan on 18th does not have a minimum credit score requirement. Applications are evaluated based on income, credit history, debt-to-income ratio, background screening, rental history, and identity verification.
Yes. Guarantors are accepted if income requirements are not met. Guarantors must earn 5x the monthly rent, and only one guarantor per apartment is allowed.

Artisan on 18th offers lease terms ranging from 2 to 15 months.

Renewals & Move-Out

Residents must provide a 60-day written notice prior to vacating.
Renewal offers are sent approximately 75 days before lease expiration via email and the resident portal, with multiple term options available.
No, residents are not required to pay an additional security deposit when renewing their lease.
Yes. Residents may terminate early by providing 60 days’ written notice and paying a fee equal to one month’s rent, plus repayment of any concessions received.
Security deposit refunds are mailed to the forwarding address provided by the resident after move-out.

There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • German Shepherd
  • Great Dane
  • All Husky & Malamute breeds
  • Rottweiler
  • Wolf/Restricted breed mix

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile.
